 Back Office chose DOZ as its operational base due to incentives provided for outsourcing businesses to set up and operate from its cost effective base. The company was set up as a business process outsourcing company in Dubai in 2004. We chose Dubai Outsource Zone as our operational base as it provided incentives for outsourcing businesses to setup and operate from its cost effective base. We were the first outsourcing company licensed by DOZ and are proud to be pioneers in our business segment. After having setup in the Zone, we feel the key strength of DOZ in particular and TECOM in general is their approach to business. We have yet to come across any business cluster in the region which takes such a professional approach to outsourcing business. For our type of business—which is prone to changes and flourishes on flexibility—it is imperative that our regulatory partners understand this requirement and are not rigid in their policies and procedures. This is probably the single most vital reason why Back Office has flourished as a business since its inception. By virtue of being a business partner of TECOM, Back Office has managed to sign up both large local corporate clients and multinationals.
