Genpact Inaugurates Delivery Center in Dubai to Serve Middle East and North Africa-Based Clients

Genpact Global Services Footprint Now in 17 Countries

Genpact Limited (NYSE: G), a global leader in business process and technology management, today announced the opening of its Dubai global delivery center. The 80-seat modern center is set up in Dubai as a licensed partner of Dubai Outsource Zone (DOZ), will provide business process services such as claims processing, customer service, collections, treasury operations, finance and accounting, analytics and risk-related services for clients in the Middle East and North Africa.

Setting up operations closer to clients is part of Genpact’s growth strategy. The company’s decision to set up operations in the UAE is based on the excellent infrastructure, supportive government policies, connectivity with the rest of the world, and the ease of doing business that Dubai offers. Genpact now has delivery centers in 17 countries around the globe.

In addition to providing business process management services out of Dubai, Genpact will also work with clients to improve the effectiveness of their IT infrastructure.

Dubai Outsource Zone caters to organisations specialising in services such as business process outsourcing, knowledge process outsourcing and legal process outsourcing. Additionally, it offers an environment that attracts different elements of the value chain, including banking and finance, insurance, IT, legal and airlines.
